This week we marked the first official day of summer and we could not be more excited about it! Recently Anderson Robbins Research conducted a national survey in an attempt to uncover insights into the modern American household, and we found some very interesting trends and statistics. One specifically made me think of summer. We found 20% of Americans say that they do not sacrifice any leisure activities in order to maintain a well run household.

In the spirit of summer, we want to make sure you and your family don’t feel the need to sacrifice any time at the beach, neighborhood barbeques, or anything else you’re doing to relax in the nice weather. So how can you make sure your free time doesn’t suffer? Stay organized! Households who don’t sacrifice free time aren’t necessarily the wealthiest families or the ones with housekeepers, they’re simply the ones who are satisfied with how they manage their household and aren’t stressed about it.
